TX man arrested for allegedly striking a bar security guard with his car
LAREDO, Texas July 7 2017 A man is arrested for allegedly reversing his car into a bar security guard on Thursday night just after midnight.
The incident took place at a bar located on the 500 block of Shiloh Drive.
Police say before the accident, a security officer had escorted two men and a woman out of the bar after the woman attempted to get in with a fake ID.
The security guard said the men became angry and got inside the vehicle of a gray Mitsubishi Spider. As the security guard attempted to write down the license plate, the driver put his car in reverse and allegedly struck the security guard, dropping him to the ground.
The security guard got up and moved to the front of the vehicle and the driver allegedly struck him a second time and fled the scene.
Police did a check on the license plates and were able to track down the driver, Sean Z. Jacaman.
Jacaman was arrested for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and taken to the Webb County Jail.
The security guard was treated and released at the scene.
