Wenatchee Police Arrest Suspect Who Threatened a Security Guard

Wenatchee Police arrested 25-year-old Justin Fajardo late Friday night on charges of unlawful display of a weapon.
Captain Edgar Reinfeld says it started when a security company was doing checks on buildings on South Worthen street when the security guard was approached by Fajardo.
“A male came out holding a knife in each hand and asked the security guard something to the effect of ‘How would you feel if I chased you?’
The security guard made a good decision and just left and called us right away.
Officers responded and located a suspect matching the description within a few minutes who had several knives on his person.
Officers placed the Wenatchee resident into custody. Reinfeld says Fajardo is known to law enforcement.
