Woman arrested for throwing feces at security officer during County Market theft attempt
SPRINGFIELD, Ill. Officers responded to a disturbance at County Market, located at 210 E. Carpenter, where a security officer reported an unusual and disturbing encounter.
According to the security officer, Nicole Ciaccio attempted to steal two bottles of wine from the store.
When confronted as she was leaving with the unpaid items, the woman allegedly spat at the officer and threw feces at him.
Upon her arrest and subsequent transport to jail, authorities discovered drug paraphernalia in her clothing.
