Connie Beltran, 40, appeared before Judge Travis McDonough.
On March 29, 2018, Collegedale officers found Ms. Beltran and Jon Vance outside the Walmart. A search of their truck yielded two bags of meth.
She admitted traveling to Atlanta to pick up meth for resale.
A co-defendant, Ryan Willoughby, was sentenced to 15 years in prison consecutive to charges he is facing in Fulton County, Ga.
