Woman threatens to kill security officer with knife
AUSTIN TX Aug 13 2018 A woman is in jail after police said she threatened to kill a security officer while waving a four-inch knife at him in front of a Randall’s on Saturday night.
An arrest affidavit said police were dispatched to the Randall’s on Ben White Blvd for a disturbance call.
When the officer arrived, he met with the security officer on duty who said he had told the suspect the day before to leave and if she were to come back, he would call the police.
On Saturday, the security officer told police he saw the woman, Sarah Michelle Presley, trying to go into the store again. He told her she had to leave the property or he would call the police and have her arrested for criminal trespass.
That is when Presley wielded a four-inch silver blade and slashed the knife toward the security officer saying ‘I will (expletive) kill you.’ Presley then spit on the security officer and threw her drink on him before leaving the parking lot.
The Austin police officer was able to find Presley later because of a description provided to him by the security officer.
Presley is charged with aggravated assault and her bond is set at $20,000.
