Woman who assaulted Capital City Mall security and shoppers arrested

A woman attacked more than four people at a nail salon in the Capital City Mall on Saturday morning, according to police.
27-year-old Dasha Rivers was at the L.A. Nails store at the mall in Lower Allen Township around 11:30 a.m., according to police.
Officers were called for an active fight, and found Rivers assaulting a mall security officer, police said.
While officers were arresting Rivers, she attempted to bite police officers and kicked one officer, according to police.
Prior to the arrest, investigators learned that she had assaulted a family member, two shoppers and an employee, according to police. The employee had to be transported to the hospital, but their condition was not released.
Rivers was taken to Cumberland County Prison, where prison officials suspected she was under the influence and asked for a medical evaluation, police said.
Rivers was taken to Carlisle Regional Hospital to be cleared, but ended up assaulting a hospital security guard, according to police.
Rivers was intoxicated with alcohol, but nothing else, police said. Rivers is now being held at Cumberland Count Prison on $50,000 bail, according to online court dockets.
