Wynn Casino security take 7 persons into custody after reported rape

Four dentists from California were arrested after a woman says she was assaulted in a hotel on the Las Vegas Strip.
It happened in the early morning hours of July 28 at the Wynn hotel-casino.
According to the arrest report, a woman met a man named Ali at a bar inside the hotel. He invited her to his suite for drinks. The woman says that Ali hugged and kissed her on the way to his room.
Once inside the room, the man named Ali began trying to pull off of her pants. The woman says she told him no because she was not there for sex. Another man, who was naked, then walked out of a bedroom. Ali reportedly ordered the woman to perform oral sex on his friend.
While the woman struggled with the two men, another man allegedly walked out of the same room. He was also naked.
The woman claims that the three men were forcing her to have sex when another naked men joined them. He joined the three men and woman and forced her to perform oral sex.
The woman also claims that the man named Ali forced her to have anal intercourse.
The woman says that she attempted to resist but she was too intoxicated and was overwhelmed because of how many men were attacking her. She claims that she told the men to stop several times.
After the attack, the woman was allowed to leave. She joined a friend downstairs and told the friend what happened. The pair then contacted hotel security.
Wynn security officers took 7 people into custody and contacted the Las Vegas police department.
After being interviewed by police officers, the following men were booked into the Clark County Detention Center:
Ali Badoobeh, age 30
Poria Edalat, age 30
Saman Edalat, age 39
Sina Edalat, age 34
The men, who are facing charges of sexual assault and first-degree kidnapping charges, were in town to celebrate the birthday of Poria Edalat.
Attorney Robert Draskovich, who represents Ali Badoobeh, confirmed on Thursday afternoon that all four men have been released on their own recognizance.
Draskovich says a video was given to the District Attorney’s office that showed that the sex was consensual and that the men plan to turn over 2 additional videos.
Draskovish says that his client and the others are cooperating fully with the DA’s office and are grateful that the DA’s office is not rushing to judgement.
The lawyer for Saman Edalat also provided this statement:
Mr. Eladat steadfastly and vehemently denies the charges levied against him. We are confident that the video currently in our possession and the videos that we will obtain will exonerate him of these false allegations.
