Stockton teen charged with spitting on security officer during disturbance

A disturbance and an assault involving a security officer has led to the arrest of a seventeen-year-old.
Police said that a security guard attempted to remove a 17-year-old male suspect from a property in the 400 block of East Weber Street for causing a disturbance at about 10:40 a.m. Wednesday. The suspect spat on the security guard and, battered him.
When officers arrived, the teen resisted arrest. The 17-year-old was arrested on suspicion of resisting arrest and battery.
