Fort Collins arrested after refusing to wear a face mask or leave a mall

Police were called out to the Viewmont Mall in Lackawanna County after a man refused to cooperate with security officers.
Joseph Lloyd Zacker, 38, of Fort Collins was asked by security to put a face mask on while inside the mall and he refused.
Security then asked Zacker to leave the mall property and he refused.
Dickson City police responded and arrested the Colorado man because he struggled with officers.
Zacker waived his preliminary hearing on Monday.
All charges are now bound over for trial.
