Robbery suspects identified after allegedly assaulting security guard
TUCSON AZ January 8 2020 – The two robbery suspects wanted for allegedly assaulting a security guard have been identified, Tucson Police Department announced Monday afternoon.
According to TPD, a man and a woman reportedly stole items from the Circle K located at 333 W Grant Rd. near Oracle Road.
When a security guard approached the two, the duo reportedly assaulted the guard and fled the scene.
Shortly after posting images of the suspects captured on surveillance footage, TPD received a tip, identifying the male suspect.
Call 88-crime to be anonymous.
TPD said they were able to identify the female suspect shortly after as the two were reportedly on a crime spree together.
