Security assists unresponsive drunken man at Steamboat Resort

A security officer on patrol at the Steamboat Resort found a man who appeared to be passed out.
Numerous attempts by the security officer could not wake up the man.
The drunken man who had passed out at a bar in the 2200 block of Village Inn Court was unresponsive and medical assistance was called.
Steamboat firefighters took him to the hospital, then officers arrested him on suspicion of violating a protection order that prohibits him from drinking alcohol.
The person’s name and other details have not been released.
