Security officer interrupts Pueblo burglary
PUEBLO, Colo. Sept 16 2018 – The Pueblo Police Department is reporting that an interrupted burglary in progress ended with a large amount of recovered property.
According to investigators, officers were dispatched to a storage unit in south side Pueblo around 5:15 a.m. where a security guard had discovered a burglary in progress.
When the security guard came across the suspect they reportedly ran off.
In their wake, a large amount of property was recovered.
Among the recovered items was a bear skin rug (pictured).
