Sixteen security officers die in recent Covid19 spike
Charlotte NC Aug 23 2021
As of today, sixteen more security officers have passed away from COVID19 complications
during the past ninety days.
Included in those deaths were employees of TSA, Covenant Security and a Washington DC group home.
The most recent was Keith Baily, 61, who spent twenty-three years in the Marines and was the father of two children.
He loved to work out, participated in local sporting events, and had been married for almost
forty years.
Security officers are frequently in contact with many people, in a wide array of environments during their shift.
It is extremely important that all officers wear complete PPE, be vaccinated, and take all precautions possible to avoid being infected with this virus.
