Nashville security officers stop drunk driver with child in car
NASHVILLE, Tenn. October 31 2018 Metro Police say they found a man in the drivers seat of a car in Nashville with open containers and a child in the backseat.
Mateo Domingo-Marcos, 27, was arrested after security told police they stopped him for driving recklessly through an apartment complex just after midnight on Sunday. The security officer saw multiple empty bottles of beer in his car in plain sight and his five-year-old son in the backseat, according to a Metro Police affidavit.
When police arrived on scene they say that he had to lean against the car to keep his balance, he had red bloodshot eyes and a strong odor of alcohol.
Domingo-Marcos is facing charges of driving under the influence with a child and trespassing. He is lodged at the Davidson County jail.
