Texas security officer finds dead body at state Capitol
AUSTIN, Texas April 8 2020 A man’s lifeless body was been found Monday on the grounds of the Texas State Capitol in Austin.
The Texas Department of Public Safety says Texas Rangers are investigating the man’s death.
A security guard came across the body Monday morning near the entrance to a state office building in the downtown Capitol Complex.
The man was dead at the scene, outside the Texas Workforce Commission building.
The agency didn’t identify the man nor say what caused his death.
